As if Frasca Food and Wine does not have enough foodie clout to keep its guests coming back for more.
This well-renowned restaurant will add a touch of flair on June 21 with its very own celebrity guest (as if their own chef, Lachlan MacKinnon-Patterson, didn’t have enough celebrity status). Top Chef Master’s contestant Marcus Samuelsson will be the leading light at a special Monday Night Wine Dinner, which will be hosted in his honor. The star brings with him a four-course menu inspired by his new restaurant, Red Rooster Harlem, which opens in New York City in the fall. His sure-to-be delectable dishes will also be paired with wine from Frasca’s award-winning sommelier Bobby Stuckey. At $145 per person, the dinner is well–worth the money, with the added bonus of book signings by the chef, who has been described as “affable and darling.”
Frasca Food and Wine is located on 1738 Pearl Street, and for those eager to attend, reservations can be made by calling 303.442.6966.
