My Film Fest Adventures

I love adventures. But I, sadly, don’t have them very often.

But tomorrow, I start on a quest, a real adventure—with lots of vibrant characters and far-off lands and historic discoveries.

I will be blogging my way through the Boulder International Film Festival (sorry about the misdirection) over the next three days; I might even have some friends join in as well. I’ve charted a path, and I’ve laid out my most comfortable movie-marathoning outfit. Emotionally though, I’m certainly unprepared for the things that I will see.

I like the idea of experiencing the universe through film; of course, it’d be better to experience it up close and all personal. But that’s just not an option. So, here I go, letting the screens of downtown Boulder guide me.
