Salt Box at Yellow Scene

Working in Erie, we have just four or five solid restaurant options for lunch. We love our local eateries, but it gets really exciting when something new comes to town.

So when the folks at Salt Box food truck said they’d grace us with their presence, our staff was more than excited. The food truck trend just hasn’t made its way to downtown Erie, so this is big news.

Come support Salt Box today—Oct. 3—open until 1:30pm. Their menu includes mac ‘n’ cheese (with bacon!), a short rib burger, green chile cheese fries, grilled ham and cheese and more!
