Two Boulder Icons Team Up to Serve Up Spice and Celebration

Boulder, CO –  Two of Boulder’s most iconic institutions—The Sink and the Boulder Chamber—are coming together in a flavorful collaboration that celebrates community, legacy, and bold innovation.

In honor of the Chamber’s 120th anniversary, The Sink has created a limited-time pizza that turns up the heat: The Boulder Chamber’s 120 Years—120K Scoville Pizza.

This fiery tribute to Boulder’s local flavor starts with a green chili base and layers on mozzarella, cotija cheese, smoked pork, pickled red onions, fresh cilantro, and a habanero jam drizzle. It’s innovative. It’s bold. It’s Boulder.

Two local legends, each with deep roots and decades of impact, have partnered to mark a milestone summer—inviting Boulderites to taste, toast, and honor 120 years of connection, community, and spice.

The pizza is available now through August 30 exclusively at The Sink (1165 13th St, Boulder, CO 80302), where guests can enjoy a bite of history and heat.
