It’s time to plan your weekend! Boulder Roots Music Fest is bringing 170+ bands to Pearl Street, October 17-19. From indie and bluegrass to hip hop and funk, the lineup celebrates the sounds that make Colorado’s music scene so unique. The full schedule is now live!

Friday, Oct. 17

Coffee & Conversation: The Future of Boulder Music | eTown, 11:00 AM
A deep dive into Boulder’s cultural future with leaders from Sundance, Roots Music Project, and beyond. This session connects Boulder’s musical past with its emerging creative-tech frontier.

Asteroid Please! | License No. 1, Friday 6:00 PM
Fronted by Boulder singer-songwriter Matt Burks, this indie band blends alt-pop-funk with TV credits and a decade of stage experience. Their sound is fresh, irreverent, and Colorado-rooted.

Banshee Tree | Boulder Theater, 7:15 PM
Blending early jazz and swing with trance and psychedelic rock — high-energy and improvisational.

Andy Frasco & The U.N. | Boulder Theater, 8:30 PM
