Nederland’s Jazz & Wine Festival Celebrates 5th Anniversary with a Stellar Lineup and Local Flavors

NEDERLAND, COThe 5th Annual Nederland Jazz & Wine Festival is set to captivate audiences on Saturday, August 22, 2026 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year’s event promises a world-class experience, hosting jazz performances from New Orleans to Brazil with a curated selection of Colorado’s finest wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. Held at Chipeta Park, the festival is a celebration of local and abroad talent, and community spirit. It’s the only festival now in Nederland, once home to Frozen Dead Guy Days.

Ned Jazz & Wine Fest has become a must-attend event, known for its intimate atmosphere and commitment to featuring Colorado-based artisans. It has sold out every year and is an opportunity for attendees to connect with the makers behind their favorite products while enjoying the beautiful mountain setting.

Event Highlights:

Live Music: The festival will feature a dynamic lineup across two stages, with 16-year-old River Eckert as the headliner. He performed in his hometown at New Orleans Jazz Fest this year. Ned Jazz Wine will be his Colorado performance debut. Other notable performers include Joslyn “JoFoKe” Ford-Keel & Same Cloth, and the Gabriel Santiago Trio.

Tastings from 26 Colorado Vendors: Tickets include unlimited tastings from a diverse group of Colorado wineries, breweries, distilleries, and non-alcoholic artisans. Highlights include majority local wineries, including The OBC Wine Project, which started in Fort Collins during the pandemic as a branch of Odell Brewing.

Artisan Marketplace: Explore over 15 local food and fine art vendors offering unique goods and delicious food to complement the tastings. The Food Truck Court hosts four savory food trucks, including The Wandering Potato.

Supporting a Local Cause: Proceeds from ticket sales and a prize drawing will benefit the TEENS, Inc. Outdoor Leadership Program, supporting the development of area youth.

Collectible Poster: This year’s official festival poster, designed by Nederland hyper-real artist Kate Woodliff O’Donnell, will be available for purchase.

Community Focused: The event’s major sponsors—Eldora, Ameristar Black Hawk, RE/MAX’s Homes by Jackie Jones, Allstate’s Harrington Agent, Colorado Mortgage Collective, and Nederland Downtown Development Authority—are all deeply committed to the local community. They provide valuable services and advice, from hosting visitors and locals to offering expertise on homeownership and safety.

Tickets are going fast, and the event has a history of selling out. For more information and to purchase tickets, visit www.nedjazzwine.com
