Matador! Soul Sounds with Wong’s: Photos

We were in Denver this week for Denver Fashion Week and swung through Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom for the Matador! Soul Sounds show. We have never seen Matador before, and we were blown away. The music was high energy, soulfull, goodness; extremely danceable, positive, and fun. Even if we wished opener, Wong’s, frontman talked less (protip: it comes off as pretentious to constantly remind a crowd that you studied music…), we really enjoyed their music.
