Tid-Bites: New Farmers’ Markets

Two new farmers’ markets have popped up in the North Metro area.

One has taken over the parking lot of Holy Comforter Episcopal Church at the corner of Highway 287 and W. 10th Ave. in Broomfield. The market is open from 4 to 7pm every Tuesday through the end of September.

The other popped up at the corner of 88th Ave. and N. Harlan St. in Westminster. This one is also open on Tuesdays at 10am.

Have you visited either of these markets? What do you think? I for one will be glad to welcome more farm-fresh produce to my corner of the burbs.
