Cocktail Caravan: Dinner Kit Collaboration– Mobile beverage and bartending company Cocktail Caravan has recently announced their collaboration with GB Culinary, Pastificio Boulder, Oxford Gardens, and Shamane’s Bakery to create unique dinner kits for Colorado families to enjoy at home. A week’s typical kit consists of a 16 oz bottle of cocktail caravan mixers, a variety of GB Culinary hors d’oeuvres, Oxford Gardens veggies, Pastificio Boulder pasta, and pastries from Shamane’s Bakery. For each Boulder Bundle Dinner Kit sold a portion of the proceeds to the Colorado Healing Fund, to help aid the families affected by the King Soopers mass shooting. Get a taste of their mouthwatering mac & cheese or a bite of their famous Bourbon chicken! Tip Top Savory Pies’ Boulder Location: Tip Top Savory Pies is back by popular demand and this time they have set up their storefront in the heart of Gunbarrel. Savory pies are typically filled with meats, cheeses, and delicious seasonal toppings. Due to popular demand Tip Top is looking to open more locations across Colorado. Boulder Shake Shack Opening: Shake Shack recently opened their brand new Boulder location off of 29th street. Feast on a delicious burger, crispy chick’n bites, or stringy grilled cheese and wash it all down with one of Shake Shacks sweet milkshakes. New Mexican Food Joint: My Neighbor Félix is a new mexican restaurant featuring authentic mexican food and delightful signature cocktails made by certified mixologists. My Neighbor Félix is the perfect destination for a night out with friends, for a game night, or for lunch with friends. The Waffle Lab: There is nothing better than a light and fluffy waffle. Fort Collins The Waffle Lab is expanding to Boulder! In fact the Waffle Lab has set their sites on the University of Colorado. The new location is currently under construction, but is set to open later this year.
