MLK Day FREE Dinner Giveaway and Resource Fair, Monday, January 17, 2022, at the MLK Plaza 9898 E. Colfax Avenue, Aurora CO 80010.

There will be a special 2pm program including remarks from Congressman Jason Crow, Attorney General Phil Weiser, Councilwoman Crystal Murillo, Senator Rhonda Fields, and more.

Presenting sponsors include Centura Health, Wells Fargo Bank, Dayton Street Opportunity Center, Colorado Dr. MLK Jr. Holiday Commission, and the Aurora Branch of the NAACP.

In partnership and collaboration with community, the brother jeff Cultural Center is providing FREE meals on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day, January 17, 2022. If a meal would help you and yours, please fill out the form below. Meals will be ready starting at 2:30 pm and will be served and delivered until 4 pm.

In order to serve the most families, we are reserving contactless, COVID-safe deliveries for those who cannot leave their homes due to illness, mobility restrictions, or lack of transportation. Please be sure to fill out all relevant and required information so we can provide the meal as smoothly as possible.

We will provide more meals if we receive funds or additional meal contributions. You can donate funds to the Cultural Center for this project at BrotherJeff.com or via the CashApp – username: $jefffard.

Shavonne Blades grew up on the West Coast but moved to Colorado in High School. She left for California after school and returned to Colorado in 1990. She got her start in media at the age of 21 in Santa Cruz, California as an advertising sales rep.
