As we mark the 15th anniversary of SALT restaurant, located on 1047 Pearl, we invite you to join us in celebrating a journey that began on August 31, 2009. This August, we’re commemorating this milestone with a series of special events and offerings that pay homage to our rich culinary history.

A Culinary Reunion: Four Chefs, Four Weeks, Four Special Dishes:
Starting in the month of August, we are thrilled to welcome back Three of our former chefs and our current chef, each of whom has left an indelible mark on our kitchen. Each week, a different chef will return to create their favorite and most special dish, offering a unique taste of SALT’s past and present.

• Week 1: Chef Kevin Kidd, whose innovative approach to farm-to-table cuisine set the tone for our early years, will present a dish that showcases their signature style and passion for local ingredients.
• Week 2: Chef Micheal Drazsnzak, known for their mastery of blending bold flavors with delicate techniques, will bring back a beloved dish that encapsulates their tenure at SALT.
• Week 3: Chef Brett Bertin, who brought a touch of global inspiration to our menu, will create a dish that reflects their culinary journey and the evolution of our restaurant.
• Week 4: Chef Charles Rivera, who has embraced the SALT tradition of local and sustainable while blending his signature Asian and Mexican flavors.
