We got a selection of desserts from Gindi Cafe in Boulder this afternoon and by far my favorite was the mini Nutella cheesecake tart. The thick layer of cheesecake-flavored custard floating over a dense chocolate and hazelnut filling was so rich, you don’t need more than a mini to be completely satisfied!
Located in The Peloton, Gindi Cafe is open for breakfast lunch and dinner, Tuesday thru Saturday.
