New York gypsy punk rockers Gogol Bordello put on a show of breakneck speed and energy Sunday at the final day of Riot Fest in Denver. The eight-piece band features an accordion, fiddle and two percussionists in addition to the acoustic and electric guitars and bass players. Gogol Bordello is known for its frenetic and colorful stage shows, driving rhythms and multi-layered musicality. Lead singer and acoustic guitarist Eugene Hütz cites Jimi Hendrix, Parliament-Funkadelic and The Clash as influences.
