A Religion and Border War

This is just getting nasty. Longmont and Firestone are once again in a land battle, and it appears now that LifeBridge Christian Church is at the center of it all. There’s nothing like an annexing war with a side of religion. LifeBridge wanted to build a mega development inside Longmont borders. The town’s residents eventually pressured the church to pull the plan.

Now Firestone wants LifeBridge—except Longmont has decided to keep a parcel of land east of Union Reservoir that includes a right of way needed to annex the land LifeBridge covets.

What’s Next: Why is it that LifeBridge always seems to get both sides of an issue to dislike one another?
