Gone Puppy Gone

You know you live in a crime-free community when the theft of one puppy makes the day’s big news. Recently, the Daily Camera devoted tons of space to a curious caper involving a missing puppy. The cruel crime centered on the apparent dog napping of Rosie, a pit-bull mix suffering from a nasty skin condition known as Demadex Mange. Authorities allege evildoers busted into the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and snatched the pup. Dog fanciers fear that if Rosie is not located or treated, the dog may suffer. Let’s hope the authorities have more success in this case than they did with JonBenet Ramsey’s.
