The farm-to-table movement is no longer a fringe subculture of hippies and foodie-philes. In BoCo, it’s now a way of life for many producers, consumers and chefs. In this inaugural Chef Issue, we follow this siren song out to the farm. Meet six local chefs who are buddying up to local farmers to create menus inspired by local veggies, fruits and even piggies.
