Mile High is Not the Only Tough Ticket in Town

Barack Obama will speak in front of 75,000 plus people at Invesco Field tonight. It’s the toughest ticket in town.

Perhaps the second most difficult ticket to find is to get into the Boulder Theatre tonight for a live simulcast of the speech is sold out. It may be a little easier to find an extra to this than the real thing.

Included in the evening, which starts at 5 p.m., will be talks by Anne Parker, director of environmental studies at Naropa University, and Jared Polis, the front runner for the Second Congressional District seat. Lunch Money, a politically charged bluegrass band, will preform following the speech.

Barack Obama DNC Acceptance Speech Simulcast, 5 p.m. tonight, Boulder Theatre, 2032 14th St., Boulder, 303.786.7030. SOLD OUT.
